Information Security and Privacy Policy
Based on its management philosophy of 'The growth of the individual is the growth of the company', and 'The growth of the company is the growth of society', Misuzu Industries Corporation (hereinafter 'the Company') believes that in response to the growing information network society, we must grow similarly in a sound manner.For that reason, the Company recognizes the importance of protecting our customers' and the Company's information assets, such as personal information and proprietary information, and will establish an Information Security Policy covering all people connected with the information assets handled by the Company, and manage and protect the information assets in an appropriate manner.
  1. The Company will establish an Information Security Policy, which will be strictly observed by all directors and employees, and will manage its information assets in an appropriate manner.
  2. The Company will undertake to educate all directors and employees with regards to information security, and will ensure all related provisions are followed.
  3. The Company will give consideration to the handling of information received from customers, and will seek to improve information security with the aim of becoming a safe and secure business to deal with.
  4. The Company will strictly observe any laws, regulations or other codes, while at the same time stipulating internal provisions, and will strive to ensure information security in response to environmental changes, on a basis of continuous improvement.
Personal Information Protection Policy
Misuzu Industries Corporation (hereinafter 'the Company') respects the identity of the individual, and will strictly observe any laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information and will treat that personal information in an appropriate manner.
  1. When the Company receives personal information from a customer, the intended purpose should be specified where possible, and only the necessary personal information will be collected.
  2. The Company will use the customer's personal information only for the intended purpose. Also, the Company will not reveal or provide the personal information entrusted by the customer to any third parties without the customer's consent or a legitimate reason.
  3. The Company will maintain the personal information in an error-free and up-to-date form, and will endeavor to prevent unauthorized access, or the loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of the personal information.
  4. The Company will respond with sincerity when a customer makes a request to confirm or correct his or her own personal information, within justifiable limits.
  5. The Company will strictly comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws and regulations. Also, the Company will review its efforts regarding the above items where deemed appropriate, and seek to continuously improve them.
